We hope you are satisfied with our products but if something isn’t quite right, you can return them within 31 days of receiving your original order.
A return slip for all shipments within Germany can be downloaded here: https://junieties.return-service.online.
For returns outside of Germany, we kindly ask you to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the subject "Return" and your order ID. We will get back to you with a return slip as soon as possible.
Once the return has arrived at our premises, we will initiate the repayment, returning to the same payment method used to pay. Please note that this process could take up to 7-10 days.
The products must show no signs of use, and be in the original condition they were received.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs of the return will be deducted from your refund (5.95 EUR within Germany, Rest of Europe 12-13 EUR, Malta 22 EUR).
If the reason for the return is that the product has arrived damaged at your place, we will of course also take over the shipping costs. In this case, please reach out to us via email@example.com before returning the good.
